Police in Petaluma arrested three men and two women Thursday morning after executing a search warrant sparked by ongoing complaints from residents in the area. Officers executed the search warrant at a home in the 1600 block of Weaverly Drive at about 10:30 a.m., police said.
Police were directed to the home after receiving ongoing complaints from residents in the area of suspected drug activity at the home, according to police. Five residents – three men and two women – were detained at the home and were subsequently arrested.
Kyle Richardson, 52, and Ashley Kontos, 24, were both booked on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and probation violation.
Christopher Timm, 27, was booked for a misdemeanor warrant.
Anthony Silva, 25, was booked on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Jennifer Falconer, 26, was booked for three felony warrants.
