The San Jose Police Department is currently investigating its 10th homicide of 2013. On 3/22/2013, at approximately 2:37 P.M., the San Jose Police Department’s 9-1-1 Communications Center received a report of a person stabbed in the 900 block of N. First Street in San Jose. The victim was transported to Valley Medical Center via ambulance where she was pronounced deceased at 3:15 P.M.
Preliminary investigation into the homicide has revealed that that the Suspect, Juan Ramirez, confronted the victim in the parking lot and there was an exchange of words.
