Couple Arrested After Leaving Meth as a Tip to Waitress

A waitress at the Twisted Fish restaurant in Seaside, Oregon called police after a couple included an alleged envelope full of methamphetamine while paying for their drinks. Police officers arrested Ryan Bensen and Erica Manley and report that they allegedly found more meth when searching Manley’s purse and the couple’s motel and vehicle.
