San Francisco police respond to a report of shots fired in Bernal Heights neighborhood

San Francisco police are responding to a report of shots fired in the city’s Bernal Heights neighborhood this afternoon. Gunfire was reported in the 900 block of Ellsworth Street at 1:28 p.m., police spokesman Officer Albie Esparza said.

Police are still in the preliminary stages of the investigation, but Esparza said there have been no reports of injuries.
