  • My name is mrs.Ilka Valencia, I am Terrell Brumfield’s mother, first of all for those who did not get a chance to know Terrell, he was a very kind and loving person, always had a smile, even when he was feeling down he smiled and if he knew you were going through something he would try to cheer you up some kind of way. Than there was Terrell that had encounters with Fairfield police officers because they made it a habit to harass him and even beat him up bad on one occasion. There is prove to that. So being that they are the law they can dictate to the local news paper what they want printed to make my son look bad before the Fairfield community. Now let the truth be known they haven’t made an arrest when they know who did it.and have 4 witnesses willing to testify. Why not? Like I said they didn’t like my son because he was out spoken and didn’t fear them and they even threaten him several times. And that is the truth, not because I am his mother but because it is what it is.
