The Alameda County Sheriff’s Department is currently seeking Leondre Paige on a “No Bail Allowed” warrant charging him with Murder.
According to Detective Patrick Smyth, on June 14th, 2011, shortly before the murder occurred, Paige’s friend was involved in a fist fight with the victim’s brother. The victim arrived on scene during the middle of the fight and saw his brother wrestling with Paige’s friend (there were no weapons involved, just your typical fist fight).
The victim intervened in the fight to help his brother, and then Paige produced a gun and shot the victim multiple times, apparently just for intervening in the fight. This was a cold blooded murder, and the only thing the victim did was try and help his brother who was in a fist fight.
Paige was living in Oakland, California when the murder occurred and detectives believe he fled to the State of Louisiana shortly after the murder. Paige has numerous family members in Monroe, Louisiana and he may be living with them under a fictitious name. A large number of his relatives in Louisiana have the last name of Frazier.
Paige is also known by the nickname “Hoochie” and has distinctive tattoos of “Family” on the top of his left hand and “First” on the top of his right hand.
Paige should be considered ARMED AND extremely DANGEROUS at all times.
