Santa Rosa police arrested a graffiti tagger who vandalized multiple sites throughout the city in the past 18 months, a police sergeant said. Giovanni Deshea Small, also known has “KOUCH,” was arrested Tuesday after search warrants were served in the Rincon Valley and southwest areas of the city, Sgt. Phil Brazis said. Investigators believe Small, a 21-year-old man from Santa Rosa, committed over 170 acts of vandalism costing more than $6,000 in public and private property, Brazis said. He was booked into the Sonoma County Jail, he said.
