Detectives from the San Diego Sheriff’s Department Encinitas Station want your help in identifying and locating a man wanted in connection with a bank robbery.

It happened around 12:30 p.m. at the Citibank in the 100 block of North El Camino Real in Encinitas on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2013.

Detectives say the suspect walked into the bank, approached the teller and lifted his shirt to reveal a handgun tucked in his waistband. The suspect then demanded money and ordered the teller to put the money inside a dark colored cosmetic case.

Before he walked out of the bank, the suspect turned around and told an employee he did not want to hurt anyone.
