Oakland police are asking for the public’s help in finding a car that has been used in robberies after it was stolen Sunday. The tan 2005 Volvo with the California license plate No. 5NDF073 was taken at gunpoint near 24th and Valdez streets, police said. The car has since been used for at least two armed robberies in North Oakland and the Dimond neighborhood, according to police. People in the car should be considered armed and dangerous, police said.
