One woman is dead and another is in critical condition after a shooting in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood this morning, police said. Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the area of Sixth and Jessie streets at about 2:10 a.m., police said. When officers arrived, they found two women suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both were transported to a hospital for treatment, police said. One woman has died, the other remained in critical condition this morning, according to police. No arrests have been made. Police continue to investigate.
