Fugitive Nicholas Emond posted on Facebook under the username ‘Sin Demon’ that he is not armed and dangerous after he was named by a Joint Fugitive Task Force’s top suspect for their Most Wanted List.

He also said ‘I am far from an angel but I am even further from the dangerous criminal they’ve made me out to be.’

Emond is wanted by the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force on a warrant for alleged violations of conditions of supervised release. Emond is on supervision as a result of a conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Emond has ties to Strafford County and southern Maine. Emond should be considered armed and dangerous based on his prior conviction involving a firearm.
