The San Jose Police Department is currently seeking Juan Carlos Huerta and Santiago Cabuag on warrants charging them with burglary. According to detectives, on October 19, 2013, Huerta and Cabuag allegedly entered a home on Archglen Way through an unlocked rear window. The home-owner had a video camera recording from inside the home. Once inside, they were allegedly seen taking items and placing them into bags. It appeared as though the suspects were listening to a scanner during the burglary. They were seen making a phone call shortly before exiting the home, indicating a probable getaway driver in the area.
The two suspects also allegedly fit the description of a prowler call in the same area on October 10, 2013. In that case, they allegedly knocked on a front door and walked to the backyard after no one answered. They were scared off and last seen running to a waiting vehicle similar to a 2005 Blue Chevy Tahoe.
