Novato suspect arrested quickly after bank robbery

Novato police have arrested a man suspected of robbing an Umpqua Bank branch on Wednesday morning. The man entered the bank, located at 999 Grant Ave., and demanded money from a teller around 9:20 a.m. and left with an undisclosed amount of cash, Sgt. Jennifer Dunlap said. Joshua Wilson Little, 26, of Novato, was identified as the suspect and was arrested by a police officer about half an hour later a short distance from the bank, Dunlap said. No one was injured during the robbery.
