Antioch Police Searching For Teen Suspected Of Stabbing Girlfriend

Police are attempting to locate a man who allegedly stabbed his girlfriend in Antioch this morning, according to police. Police said a 16-year-old girl called police around 10:35 a.m. to report that her boyfriend, identified as 18-year-old Johnny Madden, had stabbed her. Officers responded to the 2200 block of Hamlin Drive where they found the victim, who was suffering from cuts to her left leg and abdomen, police said. She was taken to a hospital to be treated for injuries that were determined not to be life threatening. Police said Madden fled the scene before officers arrived and was not located during a subsequent search of the area.
