Cecil Britton Orrick of Napa arrested for alleged methamphetamine pipe following car stop

An officer in Napa arrested a man driving with a methamphetamine pipe Thursday morning, a police captain said. An officer stopped Cecil Britton Orrick, 49, of Napa, who was driving northbound in the 200 block of Walnut Street for a vehicle code violation at 10:44 a.m., Capt. Jeff Troendly said. The officer searched Orrick and found a pipe with a sizable amount of methamphetamine in his pants pocket, Troendly said.
