The California Highway Patrol this week made two arrests this week on wanted men in Sonoma County. Omar Cuevas-Ortiz, 23, of Santa Rosa, who was arrested in February for driving under the influence, went to the Rohnert Park CHP offices for a copy of his arrest report, the CHP said.

Officers learned Cuevas-Ortiz failed to report to court on the charge and had a no-bail warrant for his arrest, according to the CHP. He was arrested on Thursday for the outstanding warrant.

Alvin Hale, 51, of Santa Rosa, was in a car Thursday that was stopped because neither he nor the driver in the car were wearing a seatbelt, according to the CHP. Hale was arrested for having a no-bail warrant for violation of probation and drug offenses, the CHP said. He was booked into Sonoma County Jail.
