Eduardo Maldonado Wanted for Alleged Attempted Murder in Turlock

The Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department is currently seeking Eduardo Maldonado on a warrant charging him with alleged Attempted Murder. Detective Cory Brown reports that on July 7, 2013 at approximately 3:00 pm, the victim was walking on Simmons Road in Turlock near Washington Road. Her husband, Eduardo Maldonado, drove up in his burgundy in color 1999 Mercury Mystique CA license 5FLX194.
He then allegedly shot multiple times from a small black handgun at his wife from inside of the car. A male walking with the wife was shot and is currently in intensive care at a local hospital.
Eduardo then fled the area in his car. Eduardo has not been located at this time. The vehicle and firearm are both outstanding.
A Ramey warrant for Attempted Murder has been obtained for Eduardo Maldonado. Eduardo should be considered armed and dangerous.
