Two men and two women have been arrested in connection with the death of a 54-year-old man who was beaten and stabbed early Sunday in an argument over stolen tools, Antioch police said today. Vincent Basulto, 18, was arrested on suspicion of murdering Daniel Ingram, who was killed in the 5000 block of Rodeo Circle in Antioch, where officers were dispatched at about 3 a.m. Sunday, police said.

Joshua Thayn, 35, Rosa Basulto, 31, and Lynn Jaeger, 53, were taken into custody on suspicion of being an accessory in Ingram’s murder, police said. The killing apparently occurred during an argument about tools that had allegedly been stolen, police said.
