Police in Suisun City have released photos of a suspect wanted in connection with the fatal stabbing of a woman on Tuesday evening. At 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday police responded to a report of a woman bleeding and asking for help at 1395 Worley Road, Sgt. Dan Healy said. Officers found 30-year-old Lorena Martinez, of Fairfield, suffering from multiple stab wounds.

She was taken to NorthBay Medical Center and was able to give a statement about the incident and identified Victor Mejia as her attacker, police said. She later died at the hospital.
