Daniel Vazquez arrested in San Leandro for alleged loaded guns found on traffic stop

An Oakland man was arrested after officers found guns hidden underneath a seat in his car during a traffic stop in San Leandro Thursday morning, police said. A patrol officer made a traffic stop in the area of Joaquin and Bancroft avenues at about 1:15 a.m., according to police.

During the stop, the officer searched the car and discovered two loaded guns hidden underneath one of the seats, police said. Daniel Vazquez, 19, of Oakland, was arrested for the possession of loaded firearms, police said.
