Demetrius Porter San Jose 16th homicide 2013 killed on Blossom Hill Road

The San Jose Police Department is investigating the City’s 16th homicide of 2013. On 5/16/2013, at approximately 1:18 A.M., the San Jose Police Department’s 9-1-1 Communications Center received a report of an injured male down in a parking lot in the 400 block of Blossom Hill Road in South San Jose.

Upon arrival, patrol officers located the victim who had multiple injuries that were believed to have been caused by a sharp cutting instrument. The victim was declared deceased at the scene a short time later. The San Jose Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating the case. The victim was believed to be a transient and the motive behind the incident is not known. No suspects have been identified or apprehended.
