Napa police arrested a 44-year-old man Wednesday after a fight involving a couple near a CVS pharmacy. Police responded to a fight involving two men and a woman at 1558 Trancas St. around 9 p.m., Capt. Jeff Troendly said. The couple flagged down police when they arrived and informed them they were involved in a fight with a man known as “Bo”, Troendly said.
The female said she jumped into the fight to protect her boyfriend, who Bo was fighting. She said Bo pulled out a knife and screwdriver and threatened to kill her, then fled in a red, lowered pickup truck, Troendly said. The female said she believed Bo’s name is Kenneth and that he lives on Tallac Street, Troendly said.
Based on that description, officers recognized the suspect as Kenneth Wade Felchle, 44, of Napa and contacted him at his home, Troendly said. Felchle has had prior contacts with police and is a known felon on parole, Troendly said. He admitted being involved in an altercation with the couple and was arrested for threatening a crime with intent to terrorize.
