Police in Santa Rosa arrested four alleged gang members who are believed to have committed an gang-related armed robbery Sunday afternoon. Officers responded to a report of an armed robbery in front of a 7-Eleven, located at 1401 Maple Ave., at about 4:10 p.m., police said. When officers arrived, they located an uninjured 16-year-old victim of the crime, according to police. The victim said he was approached by four males in front of the 7-Eleven, police said.
One of the four suspects was armed with a stun gun, another displayed an unknown object that may have been a handgun in his waistband, and they demanded money, police said. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspects fled, according to police. From the victim’s descriptions of the suspects, the four were located about two hours later several blocks away, police said.
The Santa Rosa police Gang Crimes Team confirmed that the four suspects are members of a gang and the crime was gang-related, police said. All four suspects — two adults and two juveniles — were arrested on suspicion of robbery and gang enhancements, according to police. Carlos Alcazar, 18, of Rohnert Park, and Danny Inocencio, 18, of Santa Rosa, were booked into county jail. The other two suspects were booked into juvenile hall, police said.
