Hillsborough Investigating ATM Scam at Bank in Burlingame

Police in Hillsborough are investigating a recent ATM scam at a bank in Burlingame, police said. A card-skimming device attached to an ATM at the U.S. Bank branch at 1423 Burlingame Ave. is believed to have compromised a Hillsborough resident’s account, police said. Breaches occurred on at least three dates in late January and early February, police said.
