Murder Warrant for Demaurier Bullard in Connection to Slaying of Latoy Stevens

Richmond police have released a photo of a 22-year-old Oakland man investigators believe fatally shot a man in Richmond on March 17, Richmond police Sgt. Bisa French said today. Investigators have obtained a $1 million warrant for the arrest of Demaurier Bullard in connection with the slaying of 29-year-old Richmond resident Latoy Stevens.

Stevens was at his girlfriend’s house in the 500 block of Sixth Street when he was shot shortly after 11 p.m. Witnesses told police they heard people arguing just before hearing the gunshots.
