Timothy Evans Sebastopol man arrested for alleged pharmacy burglary at Santa Rosa Rite Aid

Police arrested a Sebastopol man for burglary early this morning after he was found inside a Santa Rosa Rite Aid pharmacy after hours, a police sergeant said. Officers responded to a burglary alarm at the pharmacy, located at 955 Stony Point Road, at 3:07 a.m., Sgt. Ryan Corcoran said. They found 28-year-old Timothy Evans inside the pharmacy with several bottles of prescription medication, Corcoran said.

Evans had removed an exterior glass pane and entered the business, then removed more glass to access the pharmacy area, Corcoran said. Evans was booked into Sonoma County Jail for burglary, possession of burglary tools, possession of suspected heroin and a probation violation,
