Gary Robert Villa Arrested for Felony Parole and a Felony Probation Violation Arrest Warrants in Mendocino County

On 03-01-2013 at approximately 1048 hours a Mendocino County Sheriff’s Deputy spotted a vehicle in the 2800 block of North State Street that had been reported as being associated with a reported residential robbery in Redwood Valley on 02-19-2013 and a residential burglary in Ukiah on 02-21-2013.
Sheriff’s Office investigators have identified Walter Kristopher Miller and Christopher Skaggs as being persons of interest in those reported incidents.
A traffic stop on the vehicle was attempted, but the driver failed to stop for over a mile. The driver finally yielded and was taken into custody.
The driver was identified as being Gary Robert Villa who had a felony parole arrest warrant and a felony violation of probation arrest warrant.
Villa was booked into the Mendocino County Jail pursuant to the arrest warrants, driving with a suspended license and for evading in a vehicle.
The vehicle was searched by Mendocino County Sheriff’s Detectives in connection with the reported robbery and burglary.
Villa was to be held at the Mendocino County Jail on a no bail status at the time of his booking.
