Peter Mallory Sentenced to 1,000 Years in Prison for Possession of Child Porn, Eligible for Parole in 7 Years

Peter Mallory, former owner of TV33 was sentenced to 1,000 years in prison.

Mallory was convicted on charges of Possession of Child Pornography, including 60 counts of sexual exploitation of children. Troup County Superior Court Judge Dennis Blackmon sentenced Mallory to 20 years for each for the first 50 counts of sexual exploitation of children to be served consecutively, a total of 1,000 years, with a concurrent sentence of five years for each of the last 10 counts.

Lagrange Police Sgt. Robert Kirby described Mallory as the worst kind of monster. Mallory was arrested on April 27, 2011, after officers found more than 26,000 images and videos of children being raped or abused.

Mallory also was sentenced to concurrent five-year counts on three invasion of privacy charges and a concurrent 12 months for tampering with evidence. He will serve the sentence in a state penitentiary.

According to Georgia law, Mallory will be eligible for parole in 7 years.
