A Pittsburg man pleaded not guilty today to a murder charge stemming from the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old man near the Oakland-Emeryville border in November. Westley Young, 29, is scheduled to return to Alameda County Superior Court on April 15 for a pretrial hearing in connection with the death of Aaron Marks of Oakland. Marks was shot in the 5900 block of San Pablo Avenue in Oakland at about 3 p.m. on Nov. 24 and was pronounced dead at a local hospital a short time later. Young is being held without bail at the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin.
