Vicente Duarte Wanted for Alleged Accessory to Murder of Dashawn Brown in San Jose

The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Suspect Vicente Duarte who is believed to have acted as an accessory in the killing of Dashawn Brown on March 8th, 2012. Since the homicide occurred, detectives have identified Suspects Ledesma and Duarte as being involved in the murder.

Detectives have arrested suspect Ledesma and he remains in custody on murder charges. Detectives have also identified Suspect Duarte as being a participant in the crime as an accessory. Duarte’s whereabouts are not known. Detectives are appealing to the public for information that will lead them to Duarte.
