Jimmy Richardson victim of a homicide in Vallejo on Evelyn Circle north of Borges Street

Vallejo police have identified 27-year-old Jimmy Richardson as the victim of a homicide Monday. Police found the Vallejo man’s body on the west sidewalk of Evelyn Circle north of Borges Street around 4:20 a.m. Monday. Richardson, who was shot multiple times, is the city’s first homicide this year.
