John Michael Enard Wanted for Escape, He is Considered a Sexually Violent Predator

On January 19, 2013 at approximately 1:38 a.m., John Michael Enard , B/M, DOB: 03/17/1954, removed his GPS Tracking device and climbed over a fence and left a half way house, the Southeast Texas Transitional Treatment Center in Harris County, Texas.

He was a Sexually Violent Predator paroled to the center on December 11, 2012 after being convicted of 4 counts of Burglary with intent to rape and sentenced in1982 to10 years.

Enard was also convicted on three counts of Sexual Assault when he received his 10 year sentence and was serving a 75 year sentence since 1986 for Aggravated Kidnapping and Aggravated Sexual Assault when paroled last month.

Detectives report that Emard has family in Houston, Texas and Lafayette, Louisiana.

Enard is considered a sexually violent predator and at high risk to re-offend.
