Walnut Creek police arrested two burglary suspects Saturday after an alert citizen reported the burglary while it was in progress, according to Police Chief Joel Bryden. The burglary on the 1800 block of Olmo Way was called in around 12:40 a.m., Bryden said. Officers arriving on the scene detained two suspects, and discovered three vehicles and two storage sheds had been burglarized. The suspects were in possession of stolen property and burglary tools, Bryden said.

Police arrested Daniel Steven Labaron, a 26-year-old Antioch resident, and Salud Evelyn Santos Cabresa, a 32-year-old Bay Point resident. Labaron was held on $20,000 bail on suspicion of burglary and possession of burglary tools, while Cabresa was held on $20,000 bail on suspicion of burglary, possession of burglary tools and violation of probation, Bryden said.
