The man shot and killed at the Bayfair BART station in San Leandro on Saturday afternoon has been identified as a 50-year-old Fremont resident, according to BART officials. Kenneth Lee Seets was shot along with another victim in the bus-loading zone of the BART station at about 12:20 p.m.
The second victim was taken to a hospital to be treated for injuries that were not life threatening, while Seets was pronounced dead, BART officials said. Police arrested one potential suspect in the shooting but said on Sunday that police were seeking three additional suspects.
Police have not identified any of the suspects. Investigators are continuing to look into the incident, which shut down the BART station for several hours on Saturday.
