Ivan Segura San Jose’s first homicide of 2013 on Tripoli Avenue

The victim of San Jose’s first homicide of 2013 has been identified as Ivan Segura, 34, of San Jose, police said today. Segura was found lying on the ground near a residence in the 1900 block of Tripoli Avenue just before 8 a.m. Sunday. He was suffering from at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at 8:05 a.m., police said. Police have no suspects in custody and have not determined the motive for the shooting.
