Man Stabbed in Mission District of San Francisco

A man was critically injured in a stabbing that occurred during an altercation in San Francisco’s Mission District on Sunday evening, police said today. The stabbing was reported at 7:33 p.m. near 21st and Folsom streets. The 26-year-old victim got into a fight with four suspects and was stabbed in the torso and arm, police said. He was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries, which are considered life-threatening.
The suspects, all men between 20 and 30 years old, fled and had not been found as of this morning, police said.
