Police have identified the victims of a double homicide in Oakland this week as 21-year-old Darrell Armstrong and 19-year-old Keith Davis. Armstrong, an Oakland resident and Davis, who lives in El Sobrante, were gunned down in the 800 block of Mead Avenue around 1 a.m. Friday, according to Oakland police spokeswoman Johnna Watson. Officers arriving on the scene located the two men, who were both suffering from fatal gunshot wounds. Watson said no arrests have been made in connection with the double murder and a motive has not been determined.
