One of three suspects in a burglary in east San Jose was injured when a getaway car driven by another suspect crashed during a chase with police officers early Thursday. At about 5 a.m. Thursday, suspects alleged to have burglarized a business near the intersection of Aborn and South White roads drove off in a vehicle when officers arrived at the scene, police said.
The driver then collided with another vehicle, injuring the suspect in the passenger seat, police said. The driver was arrested and the suspect passenger was transported to a hospital for treatment for injuries that are not considered life-threatening, according to police. No other information about the case was immediately available today.
