Boston Police Officer Edward Norton Jumps Into Freezing Water to Save Woman’s Life Caught on Tape

Boston Police Officer Edward Norton rescued a woman from the Fort Point Channel Friday afternoon when he jumped into the freezing water to save her life. He swam to her and held her above the water until firefighters arrived to assist him. Two firefighters also jumped into the water to help until a boat arrived to pull them from the water. The entire incident was caught on camera.

  • this is how the cops where when i was a kid… a real good cop. i’m sorry to say so many police today are a far cry from this guy!
