Police in Santa Cruz, as part of a decoy operation, cited two businesses for selling alcohol to a minor Friday, police said. The businesses that sold alcohol to a decoy minor sent in by the police were Circle Market, at 508 Errett Circle, and Grog Shop, at 110 Hubbard St., according to police. Overall, police tested 24 businesses throughout the city during the operation, citing just two.
