A man who died after he and a woman were found bound and gagged in the middle of a street in San Francisco’s Visitacion Valley neighborhood on Sunday night has been identified by the medical examiner’s office as 26-year-old Stephen Reid. Reid and the woman were found at about 8:30 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Brussels Street, police said.
