By Bay City News Service Two men with masked faces robbed a Soledad gas station at gunpoint early Saturday morning, according to the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office. The two suspects, dressed in dark clothing with their faces covered, entered the Chevron gas station at 32655 Sillman Road shortly before 5:30 a.m., sheriff’s office officials said. They allegedly robbed the store at gunpoint and then ran out of the store south towards the U.S. Highway 101 intersection at Camphoria-Gloria Road, according to the sheriff’s office. The store clerk was not injured in the robbery and no customers were in the store at the time.
