Joel Mancilla Wanted by US Marshal’s Office for Sexually Assaulting a Child

The U.S. Marshal’s Office is currently seeking Joel Mancilla. Deputies report that Mancilla is wanted for the allegedly raping a 12-year-old boy at his home in September. A DNA test confirmed Mancilla was the suspect. Mancilla is known to use the alias of Joel Sanchez. Police believe he may have fled to Mexico but may have returned to the U.S. or may be using another alias.
