Two Arrested in Separate Knife Attacks in Oakland

Two people were arrested for separate knife attacks in East Oakland today, according to police. Police responded at 5:43 p.m. to a report of a stabbing in the 2400 block of International Boulevard. A man there was taken to a hospital with a stab wound in stable condition. A woman was taken into custody in connection with the stabbing, police said.

This morning, a man attacked a woman with a knife at 9:19 a.m. in the 2100 block of 98th Avenue. The woman was not stabbed and declined to be treated by medical personnel. The man was taken into custody.
