7-Eleven store at 860 Perry Lane robbed at gunpoint by suspect wearing a ski mask

A male suspect wearing a ski mask robbed a Petaluma store at gunpoint early this morning, Petaluma police said. The armed robbery at the 7-Eleven store at 860 Perry Lane was reported around 2 a.m., police said. The masked suspect entered the store and showed the clerk a gun. He then demanded money from the cash register, police said. He proceeded to flee on foot on eastbound Baywood Drive. Officers responded, however they could not track down the robber. He was described as a male wearing a black jacket, black gloves and a ski mask, police said.
