A 21-year-old Watsonville man was arrested in Scotts Valley Wednesday morning following a police investigation into multiple reports of indecent exposure, according to a police sergeant. Police arrested Noah Holt at 9 a.m. on suspicion of indecent exposure, sexual battery, harassing or annoying a minor and possession of obscene material involving children, according to Scotts Valley police Sgt. Mike Dean. A joint investigation conducted by the Scotts Valley Police Department and the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office into reports of indecent exposure in Scotts Valley and across Santa Cruz County led to Holt’s arrest, Dean said.
