* Anthony Batta Wanted for Ramming Stolen Truck into Deputy Sheriff During Pursuit

The Pasco County Sheriff’s Department is currently seeking Anthony Batta on charges he allegedly rammed a stolen car into a sheriff’s deputy’s patrol car. Batta is only 24 years old and has been arrested more than 50 times and been to prison twice. Deputies have classified him as a gang member and he has tattoos all over his body including the word “infamous” across his stomach. Batta allegedly rammed his car into the deputy during a high speed pursuit.

Batta has a long criminal history including arrests on charges of home invasion robbery, auto theft, resisting arrest with violence, and drug possession.
Department of Corrections reports that Batta was recently released from prison after serving a two-year sentence for grand theft of a motor vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, and benefiting a gang via electronic communication.

He is described as 6-foot-3, weighing 190 pounds. He has multiple tattoos, including the names “Batta” and “Cheyenne” on his left arm, “Tonya” on his chest and a ghost on his neck.
