* Man robbed at knifepoint in Menlo Park on Middle Avenue near Arbor Road Park

Police are trying to identify two people who robbed a man at knifepoint in Menlo Park early this morning, police said. Officers responded to a report of an armed robbery on Middle Avenue near Arbor Road Park at about 12:10 a.m., according to Menlo Park police.

The victim was walking near the park when two men approached him and demanded his property. One of the suspects was wielding a knife, police said. The victim complied, and the suspects ran off with his iPhone and an undisclosed amount of cash.

No one was injured. The armed suspect was described as a white man in his 20s with a thin build and brown hair. He was wearing a long baggy winter jacket and dark pants. The second suspect was described as a heavyset white man in his 20s with brown hair, wearing a dirty beige T-shirt with graphics and blue jeans.
