A man was arrested after a shooting in San Francisco that critically injured another man early Sunday morning, police said today. The shooting was reported around 12:45 a.m. in the area of the Gashouse Cove Marina near Fort Mason. The 21-year-old victim was at a party and got into an argument with the suspect, who went and got a handgun from a car and shot the victim in the head, according to police. The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries, police said. The suspect, a 30-year-old whose name is not yet being released, fled in a white, four-door Lexus but was later arrested in San Leandro, police said.
