* Woman Arrested After Drugs Allegedly Found at Her Home in Soledad

Monterey County sheriff’s deputies arrested a woman on probation in Soledad following a search of her home where methamphetamine, marijuana packaged for sale, and drug paraphernalia were allegedly found late Friday night, according to the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff’s deputies arrested Donna Garcia, 39, at 1050 State St. shortly before 11:30 p.m. Garcia was contacted inside a bar in Soledad by sheriff’s deputies and was transported to her residence where a probation search was conducted, sheriff’s officials said. Garcia was arrested without bail and taken into custody on the warrant and narcotics related charges. She was transported to the Monterey County Jail, deputies said.
